These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nix Dynamics.

You may be able to submit content to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

"Nix Dynamics" and our logos are trademarks of Nix Dynamics. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or as specified in the app.

6.2 Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any of our Services, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the new fee.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIX DYNAMICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nix Dynamics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the application. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
